Nuvo Cosmetics accepts International orders:
- For orders from Canada we offer UPS Standard to Canada shipping method.
- For all other International orders we offer UPS Worldwide Expedited shipping method.

Please note: all payments must be in U.S. Dollars using a credit card (American Express, Discover, Visa
or Master Card).
Customer assumes responsibility for payment of any duties and taxes assigned by customs based on
full invoice.
Shipping charges vary depending on destination and weight and are calculated based on UPS Real-Time
Rates

IDENTITY & CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION
To provide top tier security for our customers, Nuvo Cosmetics reserves the right to request identity
verification via email. If we do not receive verification of identity via email within 3 days of our request,
the order will be cancelled.

DUTIES & TAXES
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and
taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes
incurred.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please inquire us via email at info@nuvocosmetics.com regarding the return and we will provide you
with a Return Form.
Be sure to include your invoice and the Return Form that is provided to you with the return.
