If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original, unused condition
(including all original packaging and labels) within 90 days for a full refund, less shipping costs.

OUR REFUND POLICY
Items that have been used and were opened can be returned within 30 days from the day they were
purchased. Unused items, that never been opened can be returned within 90 days from the day they
were purchased.
Kindly allow up to 14 business days from the date the return is received at our warehouse to process
your return credit. We recommend that you keep the return tracking number for your reference.

NO EXCHANGES
We are unable to process exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with an item, please return the item
following the instruction on how to return an item. Then place a new order online for an alternative
product. If you require assistance please contact us.

RETURNING A GIFT?
If you received a gift and want to return it, please contact us via email at info@nuvocosmetics.com, to
receive a Return Form. We can either refund the credit card used to purchase the gift or issue you a
NuvoCosmetics certificate for the amount of the gift. Note: if you do not specify a refund method, we
will automatically issue a certificate for an amount of the gift.
